Folder Fixes

Hello everyone! I'm Tyra, aka DecepticonFlamewar You may not know me. I used to be a normal group member like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee.

Ahem.

What I mean is, I used to be a normal member like you. Then I realized I could only submit to featured (despite the rules saying not to), so I noted the group asking about it. ArkAngelGreen tried to fix everything for a while, but just couldn't work it out. So he invited me to be a cofounder of the group.

I have some experience as group founder, so I was able to go find the right settings. I fixed everything. When you try to submit now, the featured folder is now closed to submissions and The other folders are open. You should make sure you read the rules again before you submit either way.

I also went and moved most of the content out of featured and into the correct folder. Still, it doesn't do to have an empty featured folder, so I put some of my favorite pictures from the group back in there until the group gets its contests going.

I'm not sure how long I'll be an administrator here, but it's been an honor to be allowed to help out. I hope my changes help!
